Violet’s Venom Brewery
Located inside the transportation facility of the old Kissimmee Coca-Cola Bottling plant. Violet’s will be brewing ever-changing small batch beer which will share a self-tap wall with 18 taps overall featuring craft beers from other Central Florida breweries.
Floridillo
With a menu that will remind you of the menu at Austin’s Armadillo World Headquarters, Floridillo will provide our guests with tasty favorites.
Food Court
The food court will feature a variety of desserts and other classic fare. Stay tuned for announcements of lease signings.
The Studio
Part art-studio, part maker-space and part leadership training facility. The studio is operated by DataPsy, Inc. and is a nice space for up to 25 person events.

Art In Motion’s corporate office is located in the back of Violet’s Garage. Art In Motion motorcycles can be found in countries like Norway, England and even Russia. Their favorite build, “Flyin’ Trike” was featured on Discovery Channel.
